Troubleshooting tips 1.The headset has multiple settings on them which can alter sound and muting during gameplay, please make sure to have the customer adjust the settings on the headset to best match the sound they desire. 2. If the headset is begin used on a computer or gaming device, make sure to look into the settings on the gaming device to adjust the sound settings. 3.
